That wonderfully vital and expressive pantomimist, Max Linder, is seen to great advantage in this merry little farce. The story shows how Max becomes an amateur hairdresser for the usual amatory reasons. Needless to say, he makes a horrible mess of affairs and ruins his chances for ever. It is a really funny film.
